Mushroom
You can have another delicious meal with mushroom, with the same method you prepared bulgur with mushroom, with just holding bulgur and water.

Many varieties of mushrooms are high in fiber and protein, and provide vitamins such as B complex, as well as minerals.
Ingredients:
1 medium size onion (chopped)
16 oz of mushrooms
1.5 tbsp tomato paste
0.5 tbsp red pepper paste
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt, pepper
1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
2. Cook the onion in the cooking oil in a shallow pan for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown at medium heat.
3. Add sliced mushrooms, tomato and pepper paste, and reduce the heat. Cook the mushroom while the lid is closed at very low temperature for 5-10 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
