Cranberry Sauce

Even though, the cranberry sauce is a traditional sauce that is served with turkey in Thanksgiving Day, I like to it as a dessert.

Cranberry Sauce

It is a light dessert, it is healthy, and it is really easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
1 package fresh cranberry
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
20 oz canned pineapple (drain the water)
1 cup walnut (finely chopped)

1. Put cranberry, water and sugar in a sauce pan and bring them to boil until you hear cracking sounds coming from the cranberries.

2. Cool the mixture and drain 2/3 of its water.

3. Add pineapple and blend them with using a blender.

4. Add walnut and mix them well.

5. Put the sauce to the refrigerator. Serve it cold.
